When arranging our holiday in the USA, I really wanted to find a proper home where we could experience American hospitality. The Alpine Homestead certainly met all requirements and more! Barry and Peggy are wonderful hosts, offering delicious home made food and plenty of it. They were helpful with our choice of where to eat in the evening as well as other local information. Indeed, when we arrived back from a walk completely soaked, Barry met us at the door to take our wet things and dry them for us.

We were able to sit on the porch and in the sitting room feeling completely at home. Our rooms were very comfortable, beautifully furnished, gorgeous linen, ample towels, even fresh flowers.

Barry and Peggy have got it just right - if you are thinking of booking at The Alpine Homestead you won't be disappointed.
