Hundreds of miles of groomed trails wind through the park — and there's room at the house to park the sleds.
Winter turns the Adirondacks into one of the Northeast's great snowmobiling regions, with an extensive network of groomed, interconnected trails through forest and along frozen waterways. Ride for an afternoon or string together a multi-day adventure.
The Homestead has adequate off-street room for trucks, trailers, and sleds — a true winter basecamp. The property sits near Minerva trail access, and the Minerva trails connect toward the Schroon Lake systems and other regional networks. Local snowmobile clubs run poker runs and trail events through the season — we're glad to point you to the clubs or make an introduction. Please confirm trail conditions and local access before you arrive.
No sleds? No problem. C&C Adirondack Snowmobile Tours runs guided one-hour and two-hour tours — the full snowmobile experience without bringing your own machines.
